How do we get started?

Next, we will provide you with a service agreement outlining the program we discussed and questionnaire for you to complete. Simply return them to us along with your payment to get things started.
Finally, we’ll schedule a time to discuss your campaign and the strategy that we will use. Then, we hit the ground running on your behalf.
Who provides the database?
You can provide us your database in Excel format or you can purchase one through us. When you purchase a database through us we develop it based on the parameters that you establish, such as size (# of employees or sales volume), vertical markets and industries, and geographical area (zip codes, cities, states, etc).
How will you represent us?
We work with you in developing the call strategy and scripting – identifying common objections (and developing effective responses), learning the history of your company (how long you’ve been in business, who some of your customers are) and discovering the unique benefits that your company has to offer.
The prospect we are calling on your behalf views us as an inside salesperson working from your office – it is a seamless presentation. We identify ourselves as “This is Jeff, with (your company name)”. We take your reputation seriously. We understand that each call we make reflects your business. Each call is viewed as an opportunity to build a lasting relationship that will result in increased business for your company.
Will you provide calling reports?
Appointments that are scheduled are e-mailed to you immediately when they are scheduled.
We can provide any type of reporting that you would like to see. Our software allows for complete customization of reports. You can even have immediate 24/7 access to via our Transparency/thin client option.
Why do I have to pre-pay for your service?
This policy is standard practice in our industry. Many firms require an initial investment of more than $10,000, which is far greater than our minimum requirements.
I’m buying time, how is it calculated?
You are only charged for the time our callers are actually working on your campaign, not straight hours, so when our caller steps away for a break, that time is on us, not you.
How many calls will you make for me in an hour?
It varies greatly from one campaign to the next but we average anywhere from 15 – 25 calls/man hour. Contrary to what most people think, you want to see a low number here because that means our callers are having meaningful conversations with more of your prospects and probably setting more appointments for you.
Are there any guarantees?
We understand your concern. Many of our clients come to us after experiencing disappointing results with other telemarketing or appointment setting services.
We closely monitor all of our campaigns and continuously tweak scripting and strategy where needed to get you the best results possible.
We can provide a best guess of the number of appointments you can expect based on other similar campaigns we have done in the past. Ultimately the outcome of your campaign depends a number of variables such as timing, the companies you are trying to target, perceived value of your product or service and the competitiveness of your industry.

What is the difference between inside sales and telemarketing?
